Avnir was founded in 2002 out of the need to have a quality product at an acceptable price. As a development company, a decision was made to investigate what is available in the market that could benefit the company’s profit line as well as add a competitive edge over fellow developers as all is competing for the same market share.


It took us two years to visit factories, obtain product and do proper research and development. As a development company we looked at  products different from most buyers and wholesale companies.The main reason for this was that we  used the products in our own developments and we were not just looking to on sell it. Our main focus was to find a product with the same or greater quality from what we were using at the time, at a significant cost saving. As a developer the last thing we wanted was to go back into a clients home and repair or redo work.



Taking all the above mentioned into account, we build our unique business model that saves the project owner time and money.  With our agents available we have access to the factories in making sure that the products are what was ordered and that delivery is on time. 

We work with our clients to become their procurement arm, your project becomes our project.

We specialize in large projects and developments. This allows us to meet factory minimum quantaties and easily fill containers.
